VOW believes that employment implies partnership and is therefore committed to share its wealth creation with its select employees. In line with this philosophy, VOW has evolved a “Stock Option Plan” that is innovative and unique as it covers select employees even at the grassroots level. The plan will help VOW to attract and retain the best available talent in the industry. Under the plan, VOW intends to share its value with first select 100 employees of the company.
